Growing up, I was very familiar with L’Occitane. I remember walking into a store with my mom for the first time and trying out the different hand creams. Ever since then she always chose L’Occitane when indulging in body products and often turned to them when selecting gifts to give. So when L’Occitane reached out to me to partner with them this Mother’s Day I couldn’t say no. I personally love L’Occitane products for the beautiful fragrances and uniqueness of their brand and most of all, it reminds me of my mom.
I love trying new bath and body products and when L’Occitane sent me their Almond Gift Set I was so excited. I’m always in need of extra hydration for my skin as it tends to be on the drier side. I’ve actually been looking for a product that moisturizes while in the shower so the Almond Shower Oil was perfect. Friends even told me how much they like it and even use it for shaving (not to mention it smells amazing). I always moisturize my full body after showering so the Almond Milk Concentrate is great since it goes on super smooth with almost a gel-like consistency and feels really luxurious.
I keep the soap bar next to my sink and pair it with the hand lotion. If you know me in person then you know that I always carry around hand cream. One of my pet peeves is the feeling of dry hands so I put on lotion at least 10x a day for good measure. I’ve been keeping the almond hand lotion in my purse because it’s really lightweight and keeps my hands soft throughout the day. But the real lifesaver has been the Almond Supple Skin Oil. I never thought to carry around an oil with me but this has definitely changed my perspective. Unlike most lotions and creams that leave a slight residue after application, the skin oil absorbs very quickly and leaves my hands feeling almost satiny.
Overall, I’ve been so impressed with everything in the gift box. All the products have left my skin feeling smooth and luxurious. I also love that there’s a variety of products that you can use every day and when you want to indulge a little extra. Not only does each product do exactly what it claims but they’re also very beautifully packaged and a perfect gift idea for any occasion.
